We offer our clients various methods of funding such cases including conditional fee arrangements ( no win - no fee ) and "after the event" insurance in relation to road traffic injury cases being the MASS approved scheme. We have many years' experience in dealing with these types of claim introduced to us by leading legal expense insurance companies, insurance companies, insurance brokers and other intermediaries. Family and matrimonial work

We have many years' experience in all aspects of divorce work, matrimonial breakdown, child work and judicial separations. We deal with matrimonial property disputes and disputes concerning children and this includes acting for grandparents in connection with custody or access applications. Our costs will normally be based on an hourly charge rate of £120.00p for privately funded work. The overall cost will be dependent upon the amount of time spent on the case.

Wills Probate and Elderly Client Advice.

We can help you plan your Will, deal with estate administration and planning for EPA's, Court of Protection work and asset administration generally. Our charges for a "standard" Will is in the region of £50.00p excluding VAT and disbursements and £100.00p for "standard" Husband and Wife Wills. Conveyancing
