About Our Firm

Roger Green established the current firm in the mid 1970’s.
Chris Fewell joined the firm as an articled clerk in 1979.
After Chris Fewell had qualified in 1982, he and Roger Green entered into partnership in January 1984.
On the 31st. December 1997, Roger Green became Consultant to the firm and Mike Murphy and Stephen Barnett joined Chris Fewell in the current partnership.
On the 1st. January 2001, Chris Fewell became a Consultant to the firm and Mike Murphy and Stephen Barnett became the joint partners.

Our current staff comprises three partners, with twelve further caseworkers and some forty support staff.

The firm

- holds the Legal Services commission's franchise for matrimonial work and has been a member of the Legal Aid franchise system since its' inception in 1994
- was one of the founder member firms of MASS ( Motor Accident Solicitors Society )
- has membership of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel
- has membership of the Law Society's Family Panel
- has membership of APIL ( Association of Personal Injury Lawyers )
- has membership of the SFLA ( Solicitors Family Law Association )
